On Friday, March 21, 2025, we welcomed over 100 healthcare professionals for an inspiring Scientific Day. At this annual gathering, experts and specialists from across the country came together to share knowledge, discuss innovative methods and strengthen their network.

A warm welcome in a unique setting

The day began with a welcoming reception at our historic venue, where students from our leather hotel were ready to welcome guests with enthusiasm. Participants enjoyed a fresh Danish Pastry and were able to enjoy unlimited coffee, tea and our homemade monastery water throughout the day in the atmospheric Monastery Corridors. The impressive Church Hall provided an inspiring and professional environment in which the various sessions took place.

An inspiring day of culinary indulgence

At Leerhotel Het Klooster , everything revolves around learning and hospitality. Our students, under the guidance of experienced professionals, provided high-quality catering throughout the day that perfectly matched the atmosphere of our location.

In the Cloister Corridors, participants enjoyed a sumptuous Kruisheren lunch, carefully prepared and served by our students. This culinary break provided not only a tasty break, but also a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences in an informal setting.

To maintain concentration and energy, our students served a "fruity-healthy" snack in the afternoon, a light and refreshing addition that perfectly complemented the intensive program. Thanks to their efforts, guests were able to fully focus on the day's content, while at the same time contributing to our students' learning experience.

A professional organization and atmospheric conclusion

Our dedicated team of students and experienced instructors ensured that the event ran flawlessly. From reception to completion, they were on hand to guide guests and ensure everything ran smoothly.

At the conclusion, there was room for informal networking, where salty snacks, such as peanuts and salty cookies, were served. This made for a relaxed and enjoyable conclusion to a successful day.

We proudly look back on this successful event and thank the organizers and participants for their trust. Are you looking for an inspiring location where hospitality and learning come together? We would be happy to think along with you!
